Hi, 64 year old grandma of 5 here. Been through Weight Watchers several times with a decent amount of success, but it's time for something new. I signed up for a trial of Noom, but it's a little pricey and then I remembered my good old Myfitnesspal! Definitely more affordable and it's been a while since I've been on the site and while there have been several positive changes, it's still straightforward and easyish to navigate. Wish me luck! thank you!

You're not missing anything by not using Noom. My insurance company pays for it and I still uninstalled it so I could use myfitnesspal instead. I'm 56 & started back on a healthy eating regimen in late Jan, have lost 16 lbs so far by counting calories and carbs. I had a very rude awakening at my last physical and now I'm hell-bent on lowering my A1C, cholesterol and blood pressure. I wish you the best of luck going forward, I'm sure you'll be very successful!0
