I can’t loose weight

I’m a teen (f) who weighs 155lbs/67kg/11 stone. I’m 5’2. I’ve been doing workouts consistently for 17 days and I don’t see changes other than built muscle. I decided to try this app again to track my calories. I really need help on what to do because I want to have a healthier lifestyle.
