I am new here and would like to make some friends. I need some support for losing weight. My cholesterol is high and I really need to lose weight and exercise so if anyone needs friends I would like to be friends.

    Hi , I started 2 weeks ago and am down 8.2 so far. I have a long way to go. Staying at between 1200-1400 cal/day. Love to cook, and happy to share recipes and ideas and lend support to a fellow MFPer. My husband started today too. We are working with a RD (registered dietition) who recommended this site and so far ,so good. She has good suggestions and helped us each customize a plan that meets our likes/dislikes and work around our work schedules with regard to exercise.
