How can I add a workout without it adding calories back to my daily calorie intake?

Just change the calories the program gives you for the exercise to 0. Or accept the calories and don't eat them all back. If you are doing a lot of exercise, you really should eat back some of the calories. Eating too few calories is counterproductive.2

You could either manually change the calorie burn to 0 or just not log the workout.
But just FYI - whether or not you eat back your exercise calories (or some of them) is dependent on *how* you estimated your daily calorie goal. If you used MFP's guided set up to do so - you are meant to eat them back (and will still be in a deficit if you chose to lose weight in that setup).
Please make sure that you understand *how* your daily calorie needs have been estimated - and ensure you are eating the proper amount of calories each day - and not something totally off by accident.4
