mini NSV: Exercise IS Food

I've been working out like a banshee lately. Yes, screaming Irish spirits workout like crazy in case u didn't know. I've noticed a couple of things. When I exercise hard, it makes me feel full. Or at least VERY not-hungry. This feeling stays with me for a little while after the workout too. Also, I find myself literally feeling hungry for exercise; craving it. Me?! Actually CRAVING exercise?!?! Never thought I'd see the day. I've been at it pretty hard going on 3 weeks. For those of u not all that into exercise, just give it some time. It becomes a source of nourishment!

It is so true. I hated exercise, had to push to get 4 walks in per week. Now I'm doing something everyday, and forget to take a day off from it! It amazing how we form new habits when we stick with it. :bigsmile:0

Endorphins are awesome!
Its funny how it is so hard at first to push yourself to go out and exercise. Then after a few weeks, you really feel like you need to get out and get a good workout. Suddenly, you can't live without it.
Down side, do not stop for a length of time. You have to go through the whole process over again.
