Hey, everyone! My name is Josh and I have had a lot of success using this app under a different username. In 2012, I lost 130 pounds in a little over a year by consistently logging what I ate and running. In 2017 I began grad school, and over the course of 6 years, I put 50 pounds back on.
Since August of ‘23, I have lost 33 pounds just by increasing my activity and eating less (although, I have not been logging). I have 10 more pounds I’d like to lose, so I’m back here to get them off.
