Hi….I’m a struggler

Hello everyone, I’ve been on here off and on for awhile now but I have not taken advantage of the social side. I have had success losing weight but struggling to get rid of the last 10lbs. Actually, I got to where I only had 10 to lose then I gained 10. It’s been a struggle for me the past 2 years so I’ve decided to look for support. I work out religiously 5-6 days per week but I love to eat and snack 🤦‍♀️. So, here I am hopefully make some friends, get support and lose some weight 😊

    You got this. I work where I basically have free roam, so food is every where. It's hard to kick. Especially mountain dew 😭. But it's mind over matter 💪

    Surely snacking isn't that bad if your tracking it and staying within your goals?
