10 miles last night. For around a month I've started doing yoga in the mornings and it's taking up the timeslot when I was on the bike. It's hard to get the balance right. The yoga is definitely helping me stretch and improve my posture which is terrible but I don't have time in morning then to do bike. My routine last year was 10 miles bike in morning and run in the evening, now its yoga in morning and either bike or run in the evening. Might try to fit shorter bike ride in the afternoon and run in evening. I'll figure it out. I think my biggest issue is that my energy levels took a dump over the past 2-3 months.2 -

So I did the planned afternoon ride. I intended to do 5-6 but didn't want to stop so kept going until 10 miles. Now I better do my run later! 3.5 miles planned but if it's a little less I'll be ok with that too.1 -
@Mari33a I can definitely relate!! I'm planning on doing an Ironman in 2028 and have started training super early (because training from injured and lazy and only cycling lol), and it's a challenge to get all the swimming, running, cycling and strength training in that I want to do in a week (and then Zwift challenges come along with their colorful virtual badges and virtual swag and throw my plans out the window, because the gamer in me screams 'waaaaant' and I am obliged to participate lmao).
On that note, did a run and a ride workout today. Think the dumbbells are going to get pushed off this week, though, because I pulled the deltoid of my right shoulder pretty badly and it's still giving me issues.

Missed out on riding yesterday (kiddo earned a trip to the aquarium so no time), so 2 rides today. Since the total is beyond 20 miles, I'm claiming I've kept with my 'minimum 10 miles per day' goal lol
Both in Zwift. First is a meetup with my partner to verify trainer setup and functionality (functionality is verified fine, setup is still a work in progress), second was starting the final week of the FTP Builder training plan I've been doing.

Legs are still dead as doornails after yesterday's 1/2 marathon run, so just kept to commuting to and from the pool and doing today's meetup. Will do double workout rides for the rest of the week (except Friday) to finish up my training plan rides.

I have direly overscheduled myself - but my training plan is in its final week and must be completed. Unfortunately, Zwift Spring Training is also taking place... as is L'Etape races (and this is the final month for those). Gah!!! Pile in some meetups, and my legs are going to fall off at the hips.
Three rides today. First was L'Etape stage 3 prologue (I race this more seriously than the fondo because the shorter distances make it more possible for me to hold power on decaying legs), second was the training plan workout I needed to finish today, and third was a meetup I was invited to.
I'm going to lay on the floor for a bit now.

Almost forgot to get my post up! Went to the pool today, then did the Zwift Spring Training event ride and did the 2nd to last workout of the Zwift training plan I've been doing. Final workout will be Saturday, and given how brutal these final workouts have been, I can't /wait/ for this workout set to be done!!
