I want this to be my last diet. I’m basically a thin person who has-been trapping myself with 25-30 extra lbs for far too long. Logging has worked in the past but this is the first time on this App and i like how it works so far. I’m in my 50s and want to live a long, healthy life. I do a ton of Yoga and plan to be a new father in the next year or so. I went from 210 to 203 on my own. But the next 18 lbs has been stubborn. I want to get to 185 and stay there. Thanks!

    It definitely work if you work it! I'm 51 and made it down to 185 last summer with the help of MFP. It's actually the second time it's helped me get lean.
