It's an add-on to a push-up:
As you dip towards the floor, you pull one knee into the elbow of the same side i.e. Right knee towards Right elbow
Then switch up.
These are a fun way to get your legs and side obliques involved! A fun total body workout. I like to do 3 sets of 15.0 -
Oh, didn't know if at the top you might have lifted one hand off the floor and pointed it overhaed like you were flying or something.0

HA HA! Wouldn't that be fun?
My students like to do something called "Spiderman" pushups... I'm sure you can guess the hand motion.
Whatever makes it fun for them I suppose!0 -

I thought a superman pushup was a pushup with your arms fully extended flat on the ground, and you use your forearms essentially.0

I still like my hand overhead at the end idea, maybe we could combine the three of them and really work the body?0
