Hello, I am returning after an absence. I have had two surgeries that made me inactive for two years. I have not gained every back, yet. I have decided to start anew. Any encouragement will be appreciated.2

Hey Friends!
Please be aware if you get friend requests and they immediately start sending you messages (especially military men to women). These are catfish accounts. They will try to get you to talk on WhatsApp or Google Chat and then eventually ask for money. I've already encountered a couple and I'm trying to waste their time so they won't waste yours.12 -
Hi all! Always looking to add friends. Feel free to add me π1

I'm over 50 pounds down and would love people to jump around and squeal about wins with!
I've still got about 100 pounds to go, and while I love everyone, I would especially like people struggling with large amounts of weight to lose/have lost large amounts. The loose skin is a big discouragement for me lately, and could use some guidance!1 -

Just been hit with Type 2 Diabetes, no fault to myself with the years of abusive eating. So need to jump on the band wagon to control it as well as my health. Looking at having to lose close to 100lbs.
Living down in Georgia and Lord knows we are the land of Sweet Tea so that is killing me lol. Bui need to stick with this and get the weight off.
I can completely relate thanks to the years of the way that I have been eating it just now catching up with being causing some issues that are very much unwanted while I donβt live in Georgia sweet tea is my go to on a daily basis, which is what I used to replace Mountain Dew. Iβm borderline diabetic literally only buy maybe two points away from being full-fledged and I found out Iβve given myself fatty liver definitely time to change the things that I do and how I eat. I will add you as a friend and we can cut to do this together.
Hello,
I sure can relate to both of your stories.
I'm not from Georgia and I'm not struggling with sweet tea. π However, I am struggling with Type 2 diabetes and an addiction to a high sugar drink. π I haven't figured out how to do friend requests yet. But, I would love to be a part of both of your journeys.0
