Didn't Eat Enough Calories??????

This is what you do if you haven't eaten all your calories and it is late:
1.- Grab spoon
2.- Peanut butter jar
3.- open peanut butter jar
4.- put spoon in jar
5.- scoop peanut butter
6.- put in mouth
7.- Chew peanut butter (if it's crunchy)
8.- if you have peanut butter allergy, dial 911 immediately.

I did almost exactly this last night. Only difference was I put it in a bowl along with some chocolate chips and ate it.0

Yes but how do you stop at one spoonful ?? I love Peanut Butter so much I could eat the whole jar so I don't keep it in the house :frown:0

Swap the peanut butter for Nutella and you may be on to something :laugh: not that I have a huge issue with being under :happy: :drinker:0

i have never had the 'OMG, i only ate 3 calories and am so full' problem... but i'll keep this in mind for if it does ever happen!0
