Diabetic taking Mounjaro?

I am Type 2 and am taking 7.5 mg of Mounjaro. I have side effects of diarrhea if I eat the wrong food. Can anyone relate? I'd love to hear any recipes or tips you can give. I am determined to make this work. My A1c is great but I am really having trouble sticking to safe foods.

    I just started the 2.5. From what I was told it is trial and error. Told to avoid high fat and sugar content. Same as for the T2D. So far all I have had is the headache and muscle pain.
