BEANS!! for your smoothie
Most people dont think to try beans in a smoothie. I started using navy beans and great northern beans in my morning smoothies to get a good fiber blast coupled with a scoop of protein,
A great smoothie that I make each morning is 1/2 cup navy beans, scoop of vanilla protein powder, medium pear, teaspoon of bee pollen, TBS of chia seeds with almond milk. I sprinkle some cinnamon and its delish!!
Navy beans and chic peas are great additions to a smoothie that you wont even notice in there. Chic peas should be considered a super food as far as im concerned.
Protein, potassium and fiber all inside that little fella.

Maybe try adzuki beans too? They're used to make a sweet paste used in Chinese desserts/sweet dim sum.1
