I'm new to this fitness pal and hope I filled everything out right. I'm 64 yrs old and weigh 118lbs by doctors scales but am using my daughters scale which says I weigh in at 126.5., so I will go by hers since I am going weekly and it will probably allow me more calories lol. I want to get down to 110 lbs. a healthy weight. My problem I don't know what exercise to do, so if any of you can think of a good exercise I can do for my age please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it. By the way Hi Carol and Katina my two daughters here. Good Luck everyone.

I think I added you. At least I hope I did it right. I'm not to good at figuring this thing out yet. Those are reasonable goals you set for yourself and you will make them. I was loosing weight before my daughter told me about this place. I think its wonderful and so easy to use besides being free. my goal is 110, then im hoping i can get off some of the medications my doctor has got me on. take care and keep up the great work.0

Welcome. Hope your having a nice day. Nothing better than a nice brisk walk. It clears the head and lets your get some fresh air. You decide the pace and the route. Its a different work out every day. You could always put a favorate cd on draw the curtains and dance :O) x0
