    Happy Month of May - I would like to join this challenge. I am 81 years old and can't get the sudden increase in weight under control. Hoping this helps!

    January 1, 2024 Weight: 155.4 (10-day average 155.8)
    April 27 (Starting Weight for this challenge): 147.4 (10-day average 146.9)
    May goal: Get back to lower end of maintenance weight range
    Ultimate goal: Stay in maintenance range between (absolutely 140 - 153 and ideally 142-148)

    Total loss for May: Looks like I gained a half pound. At least I am still in my ideal maintenance range, although I'm still very close to the top of it. I'm right about in the middle of my absolute range, so I guess I'll take that as a win. I am down 8.3 pounds for the year.

    I did really well in Last month's challenge so I'm hoping to succeed this month in getting to Onederland again.

    Got gastric sleeve in 2020.
    Lw after sleeve: 179
    Didn't take vitamins and got sick and gained back up to 216.
    Started April at 216 ended at 206.

    I've lost just over 22 pounds since April 2023. I'm on the slow but steady path and happy with that. I just want to keep it OFF and "Fast, Feast, Repeat" with Gin Stephens is definitely working without me feeling deprived. Love it!
