New to myfitnesspal

Hello all, I am new to myfitnesspal I was using mydailyplate but i actually think i will like this site better. I have already lost 2 lbs in two weeks.

i would have to say that best motivation is yourself. i was told it takes two weeks to create a habit once you have passed the first two weeks it becomes slightly easier.

I look forward to sharing and reading all the success stories.

    You are right, i've heard 14 days to make or break a habit. I'm on day 4 myself... good luck!!
