Hello,
Would anyone know what we should be eating to aid in weight loss during menopause? I’m not sure how to adjust my macros ratios. Any help would be appreciated.

Just use the Guided setup under "Goals."
Menopause macros are not different. I lost 80 pounds after menopause over 15 years ago and I've kept it off just using the default goals.
The default goals will be 50% Carb, 30% Fat, and 20% Protein.
That's all you need for now. Don't cut your goals too aggressively in any direction. The tool suggests using a "Lose one pound per week" initial setting. That's good advice.
Just start logging and adjust in a month or two according to how you feel and your success with learning to log food.5 -
I lost from 22W to a size 4, post menopause, and have maintained there nearly four years.
Don’t let any of this nonsense about hormonal changes, older women can’t, blah blah blah hold you back.
Basically, we’ve slowed down, but haven’t changed our have even increased eating habits.
Log what you eat. Don’t sweat the macros for the first few months. I mean, you haven’t up til now and you’ve survived, right?
Get the simple basics of weighing and logging down and then you can start working on those macros.
And when you do, don’t try to be perfect every day or you’ll drive yourself batty. I check the seven-day average on the nutrition screen and figure that’s close enough.
Don’t give up. I cannot even express how life changing weigh loss has been for my health, my attitude, my self confidence. I want that for ALL the ladies out there who think menopause is a barrier, or worse, a pass to let go.7
