Why does the App keep freezing?

in MyFitnessPal Tech Support Questions
I can log food, but when I try to look at nutrition or anything else, the app freezes up. I have to close it out and try to go back into the menu but it freezes up every time. I know it's not my iPad because my husband is on a different device and his app does the exact same thing! Can anyone offer a solution? I've updated the app and uninstalled/reinstalled it. Nothing fixes this issue.

    It's also happening to me. I have to close and reopen the app five or six times before I can view nutrition without it freezing.

    It's been happening to me, also, on my iPad for the past couple of weeks. Very frustrating!

    This is happening to me too…on iPad (not iPhone). Do we know a solution or do we all have to individually contact support? Frustrating.

    I also have this freezing issue specifically when trying to view nutrition on the app via my iPhone. It works maybe one time out of 50 attempts.

    I'm on a new iPhone and version 24.18.0 of MFP (latest) and not able to see my profile page, or friends' profile pages and the newsfeed will not load past the first load of postings. I've reinstalled the app and all the steps that support keep resending me after contacting them (same thing, please reinstall the app bullsh*t). Still nothing. Frustrating. I don't think they know how to fi it. Never had any problems when Underarmor owned it.
