Toe Knuckles

So i have a punching bag in my room a 5ft one, and i kicked it as normal but this time it split my toe knuckles.. Bizarre right? anyone else ever had this? i mean im used to my finger knuckles splitting but my toes?!

    I fight amateur MMA and my feet and knuckles are beat up...and that's with hand wraps too!

    They will eventually get used to it

    ahhhh good ! (: i do judo at the momment, just threw me when they split i was like wth?! this is new...

    Keep at it.....it's amazing how much more coordinated you become from that type of training
