    hi lol yes its uk in lincoln and just joined a gym between that and rowing machine at home when cant get to gym and this losing weight already :)

    i did this topic 4 mths ago now live in warrington :) feel free to add just restarted my dukan diet was 97kgs last yr then stopped due to move xmas but was down to 91kgs now im 88 :) hope i can stick it this time lol
