Hello I'm Madison, and I'm a 6'3" male looking for tips on becoming a leaner build. Right now I weigh 312 and I carry it very well. Most people can't even comprehend that I'm 300 pounds because I look 275-280 range. That's where I'd like to be and I've been working out for about 3-4 months now and I'm just struggling to eat right. Any tips on how to just curb cravings so I can hit my goals would be amazing. Thank you for anybody who helps me on my journey 😁

Hey Madison! Im also a tall male at 6'4 and just weighed in at 298. down from as high as 310. I'm pretty close to your build. I'm a former MMA fighter who competed at 205 and 185. I can tell you first hand that just because we carry the weight better than most, it doesnt make it any more healthy. I'm on a mission to get back to 225-250. My biggest advice would be to just try to make sure every time you eat, make sure its mostly protien and fat. Those will keep you full longer and aid in building muscle. For me, eating carbs triggers cravings. Also, start drinking watter every hour or so. I carry a jug with me at all times. It really helps keep me feeling full. Good luck!0
