Hello everyone,
My name is Katie from Oklahoma. I am trying to lose 15 lbs and am finally at a point where i am serious about it. I finally realized that I am not 18 anymore and cannot eat the same things I used to. I would love to add some friends on here.

I would also love to lose 15 lbs plus some. you made the first step already by making a plan so I have complete faith you can do it! keep your head up girl and i'll be doin the same, countin cals and working out!
