My 24 Week Challenge

Okay, I am challenging myself to really work the next 24 weeks at changing my life. My goal is to create some new habits. I want to take this time to make changes to my lifestyle that should help with my weight lose journey and should increase my overall health.

This week I am going to work on getting moving and drinking my water. I don't know why I find it so hard to drink enough water. For some reason it is very hard for me. So this week I am challenging myslef to bring my water bottle in the car with my while I drive around for work.

    Week 1 Day 1 repcap. Things went a bit better for me. It was a busy day with work. I took my water bottle in the car but forgot to drink from it. Small steps. Step count was 6,562, not great but not too bad. Only 3 Zone Minutes ( I need to get this number up. Yesterday was also day 3 of my new meds for my acid reflux. Wow they are wonderful, I did not wake up again last night in the middle of the night. Now if I could only get the dog to understand that I don't have to get with the sun, sleep would be better.
