    I have found that it helps to have friends on my feed who have similar goals and outlook on life.

    What are your goals? What exercises do you enjoy? What are your strengths and struggles?

    Also, participating in challenges here on the forums is very helpful for many. There are a lot of them. Look through posts here and see what seems like a good fit for you.

    Well. Not my ability anymore.

    That said, there’s a few challenges here you might want to consider joining.
