I'm looking for a walking / DVD buddy, my boyfriend won't join in and to be honest its no fun doing a DVD alone and to be honest I don't feel safe walking alone! I doubt there is anyone around my area but its worth a shot!

    Where? My wife and I used to do Leslie Sansone DVD together all the time in the summer, but since school started, it has been kinda rough, but she does it alone and has no problem with it. I go to the gym alone, run alone, walk alone, and sometimes have sex alone, but I digress. You can do it by yourself(workout, I mean) as I feel you need to be your best motivator. You will eventually meet like minded people, but you gotta go out there. Have fun(working out I mean), and just do it.

    Don't get me wrong, I have been working out alone since I re-joined MFP - however I just miss company! I went to Zumba with a pal the other day and I really enjoyed being with other people!

    There is a good circuits class in Cookley, Kidderminster if thats any help.

    Why dont you join alocal class and make some new friends!
