    Welcome. I am also a long lost user. lol I sent you a friend request. I have been fairly strict with the Mediterranean way of eating the past 6 months.

    I have also started a group called Mediterranean WOE if you would like. Nothing much in there now but, I'm hoping to get some recipes, tips, etc. in there soon. :)
