How can you add the water button to your diary?

in MyFitnessPal Tech Support Questions
I have a client that does not have the water tracking on her diary. How can she add the button there to track her water. I can do that but she does not have the option of the water button.

    I don't think I have ever had water show up on reports. My profile was created in 2014 and I do not use premium. I'm not sure if either of those would make a difference.

    AFAIK, as an MFP user since 2015, the water button shows up by default in either the web browser version of MFP, or the phone/tablet app (at least the Android version, and I'd bet the Apple version is at least similar). For me, it has shown up whether I've been using free MFP or premium MFP. If it's not showing up for your client, I think that might be a bug, which would be a reason to contact MFP support through the Help function (or by email).
