Lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings today...what should I order???

Hello all. So I'm going to a coworker lunch at BWW's today and I made the mistake of not having time to eat breakfast this morning (bad...I know). So, what should I order that is somewhat healthy from there?

And since I'll be starving by lunchtime from the lack of a breakfast, I'm going to try really hard to eat whatever I get for lunch slow so I DON'T over eat.

    i dont think its healthy but i suggest the spicy garlic wings. so good!

    just mentioning them makes me want to go get some. darn you!
  • Naked tenders and a side salad is what I get every time I go. And I use my salad dressing (balsamic) for my tenders instead of their wing sauce--most of the sauces are really high in carbs/sugar.

    Buffalo wings, the kind that are wild. With lots of blue cheese dressing and celery. The celery will cancel everything else out.

    I would say Grilled Chicken Salad with no croutons and either light balsamic or light asian sesame.

    not the best options, but i always get the bbq grilled chicken sandwich with no cheese or bacon and then i don't eat the top bun, get chips and salsa for the side, but it sounds like the naked tenders are a great idea:)

    You can always get a grilled chicken sandwich w/ no mayo or cheese and ask for a side salad instead of the fries/chips that they give.

    I love their wraps, but not the calories in them. So as a better option, I pick their lunch special of the buffalito and side salad with dressing on the side.

    thats where we're heading for lunch today too! I always get the parmesean naked tenders its like 200 calories for 4 of them i think.

    I just got back from lunch there as well - and THEY DONT HAVE THE LUNCH MENU AT MY LOCATION ANYMORE !!!! Say WHAT ?!?!?

    Besides taking almost 45 mins to bring our food..... and all the cals - it is starting to definitely NOT be worth it for me to eat there anymore......

    OMG!!! That sucks! Me and my group ordered off the lunch menu. I didn't do as well as I had hoped going in. But it could've been worse too. ...Definitely eating a light dinner tonight and hopefully I can squeeze in a workout! :tongue:
