To log or not to log...

A month ago I was always at home sitting on the couch. I just got a new job & challenged myself to bike to and from work. Its a good 40min & 320 calories according to my HRM. I try & do some other type of exercise on top of that at least 4 times a week. I plan to continue to bike to work. When does an everyday exercise like this become part of your everyday calories? Should I stop logging it & only log my other exercise? I know my biking to work makes a difference but will my body become use to it.

I would log that as exercise; 320 is a lot of calories and your exercising - not just commuting to work. My commute driving is 30 minutes meaning even more on a bike plus I have to take major highways with no sidewalks but if I could ride a bike to work - I so would and then I'd log that as exercise on top of it.0

I have my activity level set to sedentary and then log everything I do. BUT, if I do a "real" workout, then I don't count the walking around I do or the cooking and stuff.0
