I am helping a friend out who has been givin way more calories to eat than me. She is not able to force herself to eat extra because she gets sick to her stomach eating when she isnt hungry. Because of this it has stopped her weightloss. How can she make changes to get closer to her daily caloie intake without eating 6 times a day?

eat foods that are more calorie-dense. Add some chopped nuts to whatever. Peanut butter, etc,0

fats generally are calorie dense. You get 9cal per g from fats while you get 4cal per g from carbs and proteins. What constitutes a "healthy fat" is a subject of some debate.0
