Hello everyone,
I've been on MFP for about a month now and I really like it. It allows you to see what 'fuel' you are putting in your body and it was really helping me stay focused on losing -lbs. If you look at my profile I haven't logged on in a while, so what does that mean? It means I am messing up and not tracking what I eat. Life is getting to hetic for me at the moment and whenever that happens, I flat out "EmoEat"! Pizza, Burgers, Cheetos, etc, etc. I had a breakthrough last night, basically I was disgusted with myself after I woke up from "stressing" about school and finding time for the gym (not going to the gym seriously depresses me and makes me 'EmoEat') and I went to the kitchen to get a small bag of cheetos and water. After I ate the entire bag of Cheetos I was filled with this calm and peace and immediately I was disgusted with myself. I seriously lost 40+lbs about 4 months ago and I am slowly and surely gaining 10 of that back. Honesty is the best policy, so I thought if I put myself out there then people would support or at least understand where I'm coming from. I am getting on track today! Mind you my breakfast sucked but lunch and dinner will be better, promise.
Everyone have a good day/night and thanks for reading!

welcome back! I just started MFP monday I know that I have a long way to go but when I log in even just for 10 min, everyone is so encouraging, it gives me the strength to keep going, so log in even if you have a crappy day and ate 10,000 calories, these ppl will help you get and stay on the right track!0
