Hi everyone!

Im Kathryn & I’m back after an 8 month hiatus having seen 12 lbs creeping back up. Of course I blame my husband for not traveling for work for 6 months. lol But I thank MFP for saving all my recipes. I’m excited to be back. Had an excellent first day back. It feels great to get organized again and be comfortable getting back to it. But I’m still getting stuck at 80g of protein and not wanting to exceed fat intake. But happy I’ve put in 100% either way. And really happy to be back! 😄

    This thread has plenty of options for increasing protein intake, many of them with very low fat to go along with.

    Hey there. Welcome back. I have a hard time with protein at times too. Way to bring the excitement back right out of the gate. ! Jeff
