What a day, I have done a work out this morning, walked 5 miles, and prepared tea for the lads tonight whilst I work, a good hearty cottage pie, I will be having this for my tea too. How’s everyone’s day going what’s everyone been up to anything exciting?? Pictures too please 😁we3wuckv2lqq.jpeg

    I’ve done a long walk with dog, a little time on the stationary bike, and a cardio class.

    Currently sitting at the front desk of the local art museum I volunteer at.

    This is the piece behind my desk!

    It’s by an artist named Daniel Douke and is a trompe l’oeil shipping box. Never fails to get a rise out of folks when they trot it out for display.

    Dinner tonight will be pecan chicken, potato salad left over from the holiday yesterday, and either string beans or a small salad.

    I assumed so, since that’s the common complaint here after a holiday weekend. We all lose track of what day it is.

    “Oh it’s cardio day and the museum. Must be Tuesday”.
