Any fellow Insanity / The Asylum (DVD series) Users?

Just wondering if there is any Insanity or The Asylum DVD users out there. Maybe we can all pull together and get on the same schedule to help each other stay motivated?

    I have done Insanity. Which one are you doing? A friend of mine is doing a group thing on here.

    Today I did Insanity The Asylum: Day 3: Back to Core burned 162 calories.

    Crossfit WOD: As many rounds as possible in 15 min
    10 - 20lb wallball shots
    10 - toes to bar
    10 - 24 inch box jumps

    6 rounds completed and 83 calories completed.

    I'm starting as soon as it gets here. Just ordered it...

    I finished P90X the last week of August. Loved it - now I'm looking forward to something new!

    I'm finishing 30 day shred, 6 week six pack and another program. I plan on starting Insanity on 10/31 which will take me to the new year. Q
