Hello All! My name's Erica...

So I've had the app on my phone for like 6 months now, and neglected to look at the website. Duh. I'm trying to lose 60 lbs. That'll put me mid range of what's "suitable" for my height. I'm also doing a certain 6 days a week crazy workout routine, which shall remain namelss. :) All I can say is I'm sore as heck, but losing inches and FINALLY seeing the scale go down. This is my 11th day on said program.

MyFitnessPal is a Godsend. I'd go crazy counting caolries by myself. Matter of fact I'm pretty sure I did for the first week. Then I realized that I might as well use this app! Saves me so much time!

Decided I'd start using the site for additional daily support!

I have one of those "crazy workout routine" things but haven't done it yet because it scares me a little.

Welcome to the site and good luck with your weight loss!

Oh it's nutz. That "person" is a freak of nature. I think there's a problem with the instructor in the video is gasping for air going "I need a break" lol. I was like "what the crap?!?!?!?" But so far so good. It's definately worth it. Follow the nutrition plan and it's even better. Just don't skip a day. MFP makes it alot easier when you pair it with the nutritional plan. Counting calories is a pain and I'm not THAT OCD.....
