I have been on so many diets! Keto,WW..etc.. Hopefully counting calories will work. And more exercise would not hurt me either. I can use all the support I can get. Thank You

Hang in there friend! My scale has been up and down pretty much the past 10 years so I totally get it. One thing I’ve finally learned tho is to never give up! 🤩 We’ve got this!!!1
