My name is Therese. I am a 6$ year old nurse who
has
gotten overweight. I have prediabetes, but do not want to have to go on medication to prevent Type 2 diabetes. Losing 15 pounds of weight and getting fit is my goal, that is 7% of current weight and maintain 150 minutes of exercise per week.
Looking forward to this journey
Sincerely,
Therese

You have a solid plan. Keeping the food journal on My Fitness Pal really helps. It's a hassle at first to find the entries but the more you do it, the more history you have to easily refer to. Also, if you can take some nutritional classes from a dietitian, that helps too. I think the most important thing is to balance your meals (protein + moderate carbs + low-carb veg) and to measure your portions. Good luck.0
