Weight loss struggles

Hey there, I’m new to the forums but not to MyFitnessPal. Over the last year or so I’ve gained 10 pounds without my habits changing so I figured I should watch what I was eating and see if I could change anything. I am totally up for high protein low fat snacks, if you have some you love throw them my way.

    @carriebeanjordan Lately I have been snacking on Field Roast Classic Pizzeria Plant-Based Pepperoni and Mustard only 130/cals for a serving it's surprising very filling especially when snacking in between meals. Could even have with a few crackers.
