    Well I got sick of sitting and resting so my heart settles.. doesn’t bloody work like that anyway it goes off on a tangent even when resting so just finished cleaning the house and tidying the garden now sun bathing .. hr = 62bpm .. didn’t even break a sweat 😂

    I have dual passports the British one is easy in comparison to the Irish one to get sorted even though my British one says I was born in Ireland 😂
