Check Meals

Some of us plan our days in advance, so it would be great to check/tick meals when you've eaten it. Sometimes you can forget to eat something or be busy when you were meant to eat the meal, so checking would be great to know you have had that

    I plan out my meals a few days in advance, it also helps when I am building my grocery list. I just review my entries after each meal, adjust as needed by adding or deleting an item or adjusting the quantity. At the end of the day when I am happy with my editing, just complete the day.
