It used to be weight lifting for me, but my thyroid has a tendency to go nuts when I lift for several weeks. Walking has become my go-to and I'm enjoying it much more than I expected to!0

There are many, many more workouts in the world than that. That's me in yellow, doing my ideal one.

For me it's primarily walking and then weight training 4-5 week for 50-60 min at a time.
I am in active weight loss mode and want to get into pickleball and maybe disc golf and bike riding (my husband rides, might be a fun activity to do together)0 -

I voted jogs because it's the one I do... but is it ideal ? I don't know. I hate exercise in all its forms hahaha
I do love walks though, I used to walk much more, I need to get back on that.0 -

Lifting things and putting them back down.
