Netflix and Workouts

Okay, so someone said that Netflix has a ton of "instant" workouts that could be watched on the computer. Can someone let me know how to find them? I keep finding ones that I can rent/have sent to me but none that I can watch instantly. Help! I'd love to do this as a change up!

    Hi Kristie!

    Go to your Netflix account. Click the "Watch Instantly" tab.

    Type in work outs. I got 1591 results.:happy:

    oh, edit. Then on the right side of the screen click the "Workouts" link (looks like below:)



    Related genres and collections
    Sports & Fitness
    Workouts
    Television
    TV Reality Programming


    There are a lot of them.

    Does anyone know if Blockbuster Online have this? That's what we have and it's great.
