I am struggling to lose weight I ahev been dedicated to my workout routine and calorie deficit but I'm seeing minimal to no results. How do I move forward?

    Can you give us more information? How long have you been in a calorie deficit for? What are your current and target weights? How big is your daily deficit? What type of diet are you following (CICO, keto, IF)? How much have you lost so far? How long since you lost any weight? What type of exercise are you doing? How much and how often?

    So...if you think you're eating at a deficit and you're not losing weight, then you're not eating at a deficit.

    Minimal to no results needs fleshing out as others mentioned: how long, how much, starting and current position etc
