hi!
I just joined and really want to lose weight. I've been trying to lose weight for quit a while but havent quit found something i can stick to.
Every time i try to lose weight, people in my environment mockingly say that i dont eat anything, because i usually eat a lot. It sounds weird I know... But i just want to lose weight in a healthy way and not feel bad about the way i look.
I weight around 69 kilo's, thats about a 150 pounds (im 1m70 btw, so thats 5ft6).
I hope you guys can help me find healthy alternatives for food and that this site can keep me on a healthy path!
