    More of a cut. Based on my age I should weigh less just to reduce the amount of weight on my joints. Realistically, I should weigh about 170lbs to be in "slim" shape. Sitting at 200lbs now.

    Currently on a slow bulk which has lasted about 15 months now. About to the point where I should transition to a slow cut, but I'm pursuing a bench press PR and don't want to cut into my energy reserves until I reach it.
