Amazing sucess

I went from 275lbs to 198lbs since January 1st.
And I hardly loss any muscle mass.
I developed a program with the help of fitness Pal on the days I eat. No more struggles with food!

    congrats but be careful. that is way too fast to lose that much weight. (IMO) I lost 100 lbs a few years back in a years time and gained 75% of it back. Maintenance is the tough part, especially losing it that quick. don't want to be a downer, just a friendly warning.
