As we say goodbye to Summer and we are happy to welcome the fall months. October is just around the corner and that means we are ready to start a new monthly challenge! What are your October goals? Where do you want to be a month from now? We saw a lot of losses in September... a couple gains, but this is a NEW month! We are starting fresh!!
Okay This is how I would like your weights/goals posted so it makes it easier to make a chart! Commit, follow the format, and it will be a great month! This month I will not limit the number of participants that weigh in until Oct 4th. However, to make it easier on me with the spreadsheet, if you do not check in two weeks in a row I will delete you from the spreadsheet.

Above are the weekly weigh-in days, you do not have to post weekly goals Unless of course you want to! Weigh-ins will be every Monday. Oct 1st will be the only NON Monday weigh in..
The link to new charts will be up by Tuesday nights... If I do not have your current weight by Tuesday at 2:00 pm EST, your new weight will not be on the weekly chart. Sorry!
We will have an optional weekly challenge that will be decided by the biggest loser of the week we just finished. It will run Tuesday to Monday of the following week. So if you think you might be the biggest loser (in pounds) for the week start thinking about what you want to challenge the group to (ex:push ups, sit ups, squats ETC).
Good luck and look for our optional weekly challenges!! One will be posted on Saturday for the weekend based off who was our overall biggest loser in Sept!

September fell apart and I lost motivation so am back for October! I had to reset my weight and want my loss "sticker" back to where it was.0

Totally in!!! I actually managed to lose 5 last month, despite not being an official member of the spreadsheet since I joined MFP halfway into the month.
Now i'm back for OCT!!!
