#1- Learn safe lifting techniques from an experienced person.

Lift HEAVY weight 6-8 reps per set for 3 sets.
Rest 30 seconds between each set. It should be HARD to complete the sets. If not, raise weight.
Eat 2g of protein for each kg of body weight.
Sleep enough.
Cut down or quit alcohol. It turns off muscle growth.0
