That took my money for premium and all I get is ads after I paid till March of next year

    Premium has been paid still seeing ads. MyFitnessPal is not helping. I kept to keep resigning in over and over and over disappears then reappears and then disappears so much for $79.

    This is just general purpose advice- when I have app problems like that, I sometimes get results by deleting the app of my phone, then reinstalling. That way the first login is done as a paid user and it may avoid any conflicting data between paid/fee status

    I've been having the same issue. I reached out for help and this was the response I got...

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are aware some of our Premium users may be see ads in the mobile app. Our team is investigating the issue and hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.

    I am still waiting for it to be fixed. 🫥
